01 / Your day-to-day

Hospitality extends beyond the front desk.

01

Wi-Fi that reaches the rooms

Check coverage on floors, terraces and conference spaces before adding access points.

Networks & Wi-Fi
02

Tills separate from guest Wi-Fi

Keep guests apart from reception and payment systems, working with their suppliers.

Audit & architecture
03

Prepare for connection failures

Identify essential activities and test a backup connection where the need justifies it.

02 / Our work

What you take away.

  • A Wi-Fi layout

Coverage, cabling and equipment to retain or replace.

  • A phased deployment

Agreed time slots with your team and a rollback plan.

  • Tests based on daily use

Room connections, reception tools and guest access.

Offline payment and booking capabilities depend on your software providers and need checking with them.

03 / Useful questions

Before getting started.

Will adding access points fix the Wi-Fi?

Not always. Cabling, interference or the Internet connection may be responsible. Measurements help identify the right intervention.

Can work happen during opening hours?

Depending on the setup, work can proceed by area. Required interruptions and time slots are agreed before deployment.

Should guest Wi-Fi be separate from tills?

Yes. Guest networks must be isolated from internal equipment. Rules are checked with suppliers, then tested on site.
