Tenant Wi-Fi · Access isolation · Space expansion
01 / Your day-to-day
Welcome different businesses. Keep clear boundaries.
Each tenant has its own space
Separate tenants, visitors and building management, even when they share the same infrastructure.
Networks & segmentationWi-Fi where people work
Plan coverage around video calls, full meeting rooms and events.
Architecture & auditSimpler arrivals and departures
Define how to create, change and remove access when tenants come and go.
Systems & identities02 / Our work
What you take away.
A network plan
Access points, connections and capacity for expansion.
Rules for each tenant
Separate networks and explicitly permitted shared resources.
An access procedure
Onboarding, departures and isolation checks.
Bandwidth also depends on your Internet subscription. The building network and provider contract are assessed separately.
03 / Useful questions
Before getting started.
Does every tenant need an Internet connection?
Not necessarily. A shared connection can serve separate internal networks. The choice depends on bandwidth and availability requirements.
Can we keep existing Wi-Fi access points?
Yes, if they meet usage needs, support access separation and still receive updates. The audit checks these points.
How can visitors and events be managed?
With separate access, permitted resources and a defined duration. A welcome portal can complement the setup; it does not replace network isolation.
