01 / Your day-to-day

Work together, with precise permissions.

01

Share without opening everything

Define who can view or edit files, including external contributors.

Systems & identities
02

Work remotely

Choose access methods around your applications and file sizes, with appropriate authentication.

Retention & backup
03

Recover a working file

Define what to back up and test restoration. Synchronisation alone may not cover the need.

02 / Our work

What you take away.

  • Clear permissions

Accounts, groups and folder access by role.

  • Defined remote access

    Connection methods and authorised equipment.

  • Verified restoration

Selected data, a recovery test and documented instructions.

Large files and business software have specific requirements. Hosting choices are checked against your actual workflows.

03 / Useful questions

Before getting started.

Local servers or cloud storage for our files?

The choice depends on applications, file sizes and remote work. Existing infrastructure is assessed before choosing local servers or cloud hosting.

Does synchronisation replace a backup?

Synchronisation can also propagate deletions. A backup policy must define retained versions and the restoration method.

How do you handle a team member leaving?

Permissions and remote access are revoked, and useful data is transferred through a procedure agreed with your team.
